Part CUSTOM - Custom Items Quoted
This is a "blank" order form that you can use to complete transactions for items you have been quoted on by a Gourock sales associate. It is a completely secure and encrypted order sheet that allows you to enter your own contact and payment information, just as you would for regular items on our website.

In the quantity field, enter "1", and then add it to your cart. Please enter your quoted price (including s/h) and brief description in the 'comments' field, which shows up when you check-out (place the order). The sales associate will instruct you on what sort of description to enter.

NOTE: there may be a default shipping charge displayed on the order sheet when you check out. Please disregard this figure. Your actual charge for your products and shipping will be in accordance with your quoted price for the job.
