Return Policy

Due to the different production, specialization, and manufacturing characteristics of Gourock's diverse product line, there are unique guidelines regarding returns/exchanges of purchased items. Please carefully review the following information, and feel free to contact us prior to purchasing if you require additional context.

Nylon Netting Sections
("bulk" rectangular netting, no borders/features):
-new/unused can be exchanged for an alternative item at 100% item price, within 30 days of delivery
-new/unused can be returned for refund with 15% re-stocking fee, within 30 days of delivery
-nets cannot have custom shape features to qualify for return (tapers/curves/etc.), or custom production requirements (custom bales/colors/features)
-"bulk" nylon netting orders eligible for exchange/return must be less than 500 square footage in area for the total order, and cannot have a dimension that is under 10'

Nylon Netting Panels
(with borders or unique features/dimensions):
-these are produced per-customer, and are not eligible for return/exchange/refund

Nylon Netting Enclosures and Custom Nylon Netting Builds
(nylon batting cages, nylon golf cages, nylon custom enclosures):
-these are produced per-customer, and are not eligible for return/exchange/refund

Stock Inventory and Prefabricated Products
(HTPP nets, goals, HTPP/HDPE cages, poles/framing, screens, hardware, impact panels):
-new/unused can be exchanged for an alternative item at 100% item price, within 30 days of delivery
-new/unused can be returned for refund with 15% re-stocking fee, within 30 days of delivery

*items eligible for exchange/return must be assigned an RA#, and you'll need the correct warehouse location/address to ship to - please use the contact page for inquiries. Refund/exchange value is the item price exclusively; shipping charges are not refunded/credited.

*in the chance that items are shipped with verified mfg. defects, missing components, or verified factory damage - replacements/repairs are provided upon approval.

*NOTE: Netting production requires custom fabrication techniques including seaming, knotting, and joining of meshes/twines, as well as coloring/dying in certain instances. Often there are slight mesh-measurement tolerances. These are necessary aspects of netting manufacturing that are perfectly normal, and are not factory defects or errors. The highest quality of care and craftsmanship are always considered during the manufacturing process to provide high-quality, dependable, and durable nets to our appreciated customers.
