Mesh Type: Aesthetically Diamond Mesh looks like a succession of diamonds and Square Mesh looks like a succession of squares.Industrial Fabric is not considered square or diamond it is a sheet of fabric mostly for industrial use.
Square mesh netting will naturally hang straight and to exact dimensions without a border installed.
Diamond mesh has a lot more "stretch", and must be pulled into place for it to install into exact dimensions when it has no border installed, we recommended for installation and ease of use to have a rope-border installed around the perimeter
Net Perimeter Border: Here you have the option to add perimeter borders to the net. Different options are available depending on which netting type you choose.
If you choose “Add Rope Border” we will attach 5/16" Dacron border ropes on all four sides of the net. Industrial fabrics my use smaller rope.
Industrial fabrics and some netting panels offer the option to add Webbing with grommets, webbing material is similar to car seat belts that is folder over the edge of the net and machine sewn, If you choose “Add Webbing Border with Grommets” we will add Webbing on all four sides and install grommets every 12”
Choosing perimeter borders makes the installation easier.

Bird exclusion netting is available to be prepared to your own preferred custom dimensions, which can be entered into the netting calculator above. Nets for bird control and containment are supplied for commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential applications - and are chosen for deterring birds of all sizes in both outdoor and indoor settings. There are several recommended netting types and sizes used for bird barrier purposes, all of which are available according to your own custom sizing.
1-3/4” mesh works well as general bird barrier netting for larger birds, raptor pens, predatory bird barrier for ponds and poultry, retention pond bird control nets, and multipurpose industrial bird barrier uses.
1” mesh and 3/4” mesh all function well for bird barrier installations that also need to block smaller birds (as well as larger-sized). These netting selections are very typical for bird netting requirements in hangars, warehouses, stadiums, retail locations, chicken and poultry farms, koi ponds, zoos and aviaries, hatcheries, garages and pavilions, and other multipurpose bird netting uses.
The 1/4” debris material is used for the smallest of bird barrier uses, or for bird netting installations that also serving a dual-purpose for debris control as well.

We ordered the small netting to keep all birds out of our tiki hut on a canal in FL. We have had constant nests mostly from Mourning Doves and once established we wait until babies are gone, remove the nest and within days they are back. Sometimes building next to a plastic owl we installed. This barrier net should keep them out.
