One of our very valued and appreciated commercial clients recently finished up a new industrial barrier installation, and sent over some really great photos of the completed job. Our customer installs nets for various different industrial sites, and this latest one was a barrier netting installation that was needed to surround a penitentiary in Georgia. This latest series of netting panels were produced over the course of about 4 weeks, and all featured:

Black, Diamond Mesh Pattern, Hung in a Tight Mesh Ratio
5/16″ Braided Dacron® Rope Bordering (full perimeter)
5/16″ Braided Dacron® Rope Rib-Lines Running Horizontally
2″ Steel Rings in all Corners and Ends of Rib-Line Ropes
30′ in Height, with a Variety of Different Lengths
25 Netting Panels in Total

Our customer had power-line poles installed on various different intervals around the penitentiary grounds, with steel wires/cables tensioned between the poles at the 30′ height. There was also a central support cable installed between the vertical poles at the 15′ mark, in which the horizontal rope rib-lines of the netting panels line-up with for additional connections and support with wind. The netting panels were constructed to a bit of a tighter mesh fit for the different areas, which our client prefers for the overall fit of the netting within each space. The nets were clipped to the cables using carabiner snap-hook clips, and the steel rings in the corners and ends of the rib-lines add additional strength and durability to the edges of the netting as well.

As you can see from the included photos of the finished installation from a couple weeks ago, the job turned out fantastic with a perfect fit and really professional appearance. We received many great positive reviews and feedback notes from our client, the workers on-site hanging the nets, as well as the property owner – which is exactly what we strive for here at Gourock.com
