For instance, we have supplied the barrier nets for many diverse industrial locations including:

Primarily utilizing the 100% Made in USA DuPont® Type 66-728 Twisted-Knotted Nylon Netting, at Gourock.com we offer a great selection of netting mesh sizes and twine thicknesses to select from – allowing you to source the most functional material for your particular industrial barrier purposes. We supply barrier nets that are constructed according to most any sizing and dimensional needs that you have for the site – which is a big benefit to appearance, function, and durability over time, since the netting panels are built to match actual installation area or structural support spacing. Typically constructed with a Dacron® Rope Bordered Edge installed around the perimeter of each netting panel, we also can quote on incorporating additional features such as interior rope wind-lines, tapered/angled shape, and steel rings or rope tails.
One of our very appreciated commercial and industrial clients installs barrier netting around various different industrial sites throughout the southern US, and has done a large series of supply orders over the last couple years for a few different locations. Their netting needs are to add an extra layer of exclusion and a general protective screen around large correctional facility locations – each with lots of coverage area needed. The nets used for these jobs is the very robust #36 X 1-3/4″ Twisted-Knotted Nylon, built with 5/16″ Polyester Rope Borders, Central Rope Rib-Lines, and 2″ Steel Rings installed on the corners and off the wind-line ropes. These nets average around 30′ in height in most cases, with many different running lengths ranging from 30′ to 100′. Another additional feature on the nets produced for this client is that their installation technique and preferences have the netting panels produced to a bit of a tighter overall fit per area – allowing them to pull the netting tightly within each pole/cable area and achieve the fit they like. The #36 knotted nylon netting is an excellent choice for industrial barrier netting installations such as these, as it is a netting choice that offers a high tensile rating and abrasions resistance, along with long-term durability to UV and outdoor exposure.
These netting panels were built in the diamond mesh pattern, and were also shipped with a volume of 5/16″ Dacron® Rope and Steel Snap Hooks that were utilized during our client’s installation process.
As you may be doing some research into barrier netting and exclusion/containment netting for your own commercial location, here are the most recent netting details on the last couple orders from our valued industrial client. As you can see from the 2 different production drawings below, the general netting construction design is generally the same – just with a different set of finished net sizes, dimensions, and overall quantities. These diagrams of the netting panel details represent 2 separate independent jobs, with each job taking approximately 3-4 working weeks to be completed and ready to ship out to location. The first netting production job called for 1900′ of netting at a 30′ overall height. The second job called for 1789′ of nylon barrier netting, also at a 30′ overall height (with one net being 15′).
It is always our great pleasure to work with our very appreciated industrial netting customers and clients – and we appreciate all of your continued business very much!
