Example 1:
This is an example of a custom baseball/softball batting cage netting enclosure – which is a net design that incorporates 2 side walls, 2 end panels, and 1 top ceiling net. These are all seamed together with 5/16″ polyester rope borders, so that the entire inner volume area within the netting enclosure can block all balls and objects that are flying around the contained area. This one was fabricated for a private customer’s residential installation, and was built from the #21 X 1-3/4″ knotted nylon netting. The sizing of this custom baseball/softball batting cage sports net is 10′ high X 12′ wide X 50′-4″ long – and also featured a 3′ overlapping net entrance door incorporated into one corner.
Example 2:
This is a pair of nets that are also constructed from the #21 X 1-3/4″ knotted nylon netting, but for a completely different type of sports usage. These nets were constructed with particular dimensions and tapers/angles in order to properly line-up with the surrounding ice-rink boards that our customer had at his location. The barrier nets were needed around the rink boards in order to block and contain objects within the ice for their recreational Broom-Ball league, games, and practice. These nets are expected to be setup in an outdoor, fulltime winter installation – and feature 5/16″ rope borders around the edges.
Example 3:
This job was a custom netting production and supply for a brand new driving range facility being constructed in Texas. This order included 24 custom netting panels, built to 50′ and 60′ heights, with 75′ overall lengths. Each net features a 5/16″ polyester rope bordering around the edges, along with a horizontal rope wind-line through the middle of each net as well. These nets were fabricated from the #12 X 1″ tarred DuPont knotted nylon netting – which is a fantastic and very popular golf barrier netting and driving range ball containment material.
